As a trauma and loss survivor, I have dedicated my professional career to helping you find healing and relief from your trauma(s). This has been a journey for my therapy practice and it’s one I cherish.

Working with clients to overcome their anxieties, grief, and trauma is something near and dear to my heart. It’s been a true privilege to work for clients like you, to have them confide in me and to trust in our therapeutic relationship. It is my hope to help more clients achieve a better sense of self and heightened overall wellbeing. I do this by investigating how you’ve developed your symptoms, assisting you in overcoming your reservations, and finally, providing you with the skills necessary to create lasting change in your life.

I've lived in Canada, Africa, and the Middle East, experiencing firsthand the challenges and joys of adapting to new cultures.
As a mom of two teens and someone who loves lifelong learning, I find great fulfillment in challenging myself through sports and continuous learning.
My personal journey through grief, including its many cycles and waves, has driven me to pursue a career as a therapist. I am dedicated to helping others navigate their own paths through grief and life challenges.
I also speak conversational Arabic.

I deeply understand the complexities of cultural adjustment and life changes, providing a supportive space for self-exploration and growth.
As a mental health counsellor, I am dedicated to guiding individuals through their therapeutic journeys with empathy and expertise. I specialize in psychodynamic therapy - in simple terms, this approach helps uncover patterns in thoughts and feelings, rooted in childhood and past experiences, fostering insight and facilitating positive changes in life.
