I am a passionate mental health provider, recognizing the importance of mental health in improving quality of life. It is my belief that everyone has the potential to thrive with the right support, tools, and guidance. With a focus on somatic therapy, mind-body techniques, and trauma-informed care, I help clients reconnect with their bodies, address past experiences, and process emotions on a deeper, holistic level. Committed to cultural sensitivity, diversity, and inclusivity, I strive to create a safe, supportive space where individuals can explore their challenges and heal from complex experiences.

Experienced and Trained Areas

Through a collaborative, goal-oriented approach, I support adults and youth in overcoming challenges such as anxiety, anger management, ADHD, depression, grief, relationship issues, and trauma. I integrate evidence-based practices like mindfulness, CBT, somatic techniques, and emotion-focused therapy to promote self-awareness, emotional regulation, and overall well-being. I also work with couples to repair relationships, improve communication, and rebuild trust. By addressing conflict, enhancing empathy, and fostering deeper connections, I guide partners toward healthier, more fulfilling relationships. My integrative approach offers opportunities for healing and long-term transformation.

A bit more about me..

Having lived in Canada, Africa, and the Middle East, I appreciate the beauty of different cultures and the richness they bring to life. As a mom of two teens, I love staying active through sports, spending time in nature, and cooking. I find joy in connecting with family and friends and continuously learning.

My own journey through grief has inspired my work as a therapist, and I’m passionate about helping others navigate difficult experiences.
