Very happy to meet you.
My Story
Over the past 8 years, I have worked with various client groups, including youth, newcomers, immigrants, and their families, helping them navigate the challenges of resettlement, life transitions, and developing effective coping strategies. I deeply understand the complexities of cultural adjustment and life changes, providing a supportive space for self-exploration and growth.
As a mental health counsellor, I am dedicated to guiding individuals through their therapeutic journeys with empathy and expertise. I specialize in psychodynamic therapy - in simple terms, this approach helps uncover patterns in thoughts and feelings, rooted in childhood and past experiences, fostering insight and facilitating positive changes in life.
